The Eastside Neighborhood Alliance
The Eastside Neighborhood Alliance is a partnership between Ben Van Clark, Eastside Concerned Citizens Inc and Live Oak neighborhood associations for the purpose of working collectively to address issue, provide services and enhance the quality of life for our residents, Formed 10 years ago, the Alliance have worked to reduce crime, reduce poverty, fight blight, improve the Waters Avenue corridor and provide services for seniors in our neighborhood. The Alliance meets once a quarter from 11:00-12:00 at the W.W. Law Center (March, June, September) as a group to update and discuss issues that affect our neighborhoods. The presidents (Cynthia Kennedy/ECCI, Patricia Johnson/Live Oak and Timothy Burgess, and Freddie Patrick/Executive Director) meet on a regular basis to address issues that may arise in between quarterly meetings. We welcome all resident to attend quarterly meetings and help improve our neighborhoods.

The Neighborhood Association Meetings are held at The W.W. Law Community Center, 909 East Bolton Street, 2nd Saturday of the Month from 11:00 am – 12:00.

"Park and Jot" Crime Reduction Program
The Alliance began a crime prevention program that is called "Park and Jot" to help reduce crime in our neighborhoods. The program is simple and safe and provide for a "true" partnership between Neighborhoods and the police department.
The Program provide an avenue for residents to report possible crime by coming by the W. W. Law center and completing a "crime form" that does not require a name or telephone number and we will do the rest. A resident can send information to ECCI's email address at and we will do the rest. We are the eyes and ears of our community.
Seniors Independence Program
Do you enjoy playing cards, sewing, crocheting, working in a garden, getting out of the house or just catching up on gossip, then come join us every Monday, Tuesday or Thursday from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Its a great way to meet old and new friends in a safe and comfortable location. There is no cost, only a great time.

COMMUNITY RESOURCE DAY
Every 3rd Monday 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Date is subject to change, please call office at 912-272-4025 to confirm)
The Community Resource/Brown Bag Program is provided by ECCI in partnership with the 2nd Harvest Food Bank. The program provides brown bags to senior and disabled households.
ECCI welcomes our residents, seniors and disabled residents to come out and receive valuable information from a variety of community agencies.
